Immerse yourself in a relaxing and mindful morning workshop of candle making, yoga & cacao. Begin by crafting your very own therapeutic Essential oil candle to help enhance your mood & wellbeing in the new year. Explore the mood boosting power of essential oils and the impact of fragrance on our wellbeing by engaging with some fresh botanicals for a calming and cleansing experience.

Whilst the candles cure, we will bring our focus within and enjoy a heart opening cacao ceremony to connect with gratitude, love and peace. Indulge our bodies in a gentle yoga flow, focusing on letting go and embracing anew, then surrender to a deep restorative meditation to bring calmness completely within.

Cróga Comforts is a wellness up helping you to bring everything back to a SIMPLE | CLEAN | NATURAL life. Saoirse is a registered and accredited yoga teacher and cacao facilitator. With nature and the natural world at the core of her work she hopes to guide you to a place of bliss and zen during our Restore and Pour Event.

What is cacao?

In it's rawest form, cacao is a heart-opening beneficial medicinal plant. It is consumed in ceremony as a warm drink . We source our ceremonial grade cacao directly from it origin in the jungle rainforests of Guatemala.

We will send out a detailed list of what to bring, for now just excitement and enthusiasm for our day.
